I purchased this book to take one of the open-book certification exams with the Council of Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). The book made it a breeze!For anybody looking to save money, instead of getting this specific book they can just get one of these free self-study guides directly from their website. They have a different training guide broken-down for each belt level (Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, White Belt, etc.) They are shorter ebooks, but still appear to have everything you would need to pass the open-book exams.Since I would rather have the full edition on my Kindle, spending a couple dollars more was easily worth it. That said, I did notice that the kindle version had a couple minor font issues (I don't think the Kindle can reproduce the sigma symbol). However, this really isn't a big deal considering that the Kindle version is practically free.I will probably also buy the paperback version since I prefer the feel of a physical text book (easier to flip from section to section). This is a very thorough book, highly recommended.

Not overly useful, but a guide
Very detailed and easy to use
I always try the sample on my kindle before purchasing eBooks because sometimes they do not translate well or are scanned poorly. Unfortunately, in this case both problems have occurred. I have provided documentation of this in the attached images.1. Symbols such as sigma (σ) cannot be translated by the ereader.2. Tables have been scanned poorly and are often illegible or hard to read.Full disclosure: I did not end up purchasing following the poor sample. I am rating this three stars because I cannot verify whether the actual content is good or bad.
